General:

Domingo Logan was Gobernadorcillo of Solano in 1892-1893. During his administration the Barrio of Bascaran was formed. The name Bascaran was given in honor of the Governor who approved its organization. During his administration, there was a big fire in Bayombong and the people of Solano were blamed. Domingo Loggan was implicated and arrsted by the Guardia Civil. Fernando Aggabao took his place.
